Meet Chef Jon
Chef Jon grew up bouncing around from the Houston area, Texas Gulf Coast, to Louisiana and Mississippi before finally settling down in Central Texas. All of these places influenced his palate and cooking. He has been working for Circle T since 2005 and has been the executive chef since 2012. Chef Jon prides himself on using high-quality ingredients and surrounding himself with a high-quality team that makes everything happen there. He has a beautiful wife from Hamilton and three kids who make his life a dream come true. Chef Jon feels blessed to work at one of the most unique places in Texas and calls Circle T home.
